Cancellation of Order
KBM Gai Chaap shall have the right to deny or cancel any orders delivered for Products listed at an wrong value, discount or consist of any other incorrect information or typographical errors. KBM shall have the right to deny or cancel any such orders, regardless of whether the placed order has been confirmed and User has been charged.
Customer shall have the right to cancel an order of any Product, only before the Order has been placed. Customer shall not be qualified to return any product and thus is required to pay for the product once
the Order has been put.
The Customer will be bound by the Cancellation and Return policy on ecommerce website and shall not hold KBM Gai Chaap Private Limited (“Company”) subject for any loss that she/ he may acquire due to cancellation and or return of the order.
Returns after Dispatch of Products for Prepaid or COD method of payment (Only in the case of harm to packaging and wrong item placed. No exchanges permitted)
In the case that the Product is found having harm in packaging after shipment of the same or potentially the wrong product is dispatched, the User can ask for return of the Product whenever after delivery of the Product however not later than three (3) days from the date of shipment of the Product through e-commerce site. The Customer needs to follow the procedure defined below.

For all returns to be viewed as substantial by the Company, the said return of the Products needs to be went with the Invoice.
All approval of returns is liable to confirmation by the Company and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.
In case the Customer finds quality issues after opening the package , the said grievance may be addressed to email@example.com or a complaint lodged with the customer cell at +91-11-27185065. Off chance that, the Customer opted on return of the Product because of harm of packaging or wrong item sent, Customer should guarantee that the Product is returned in the condition as got. Packets once opened can’t be exchanged/returned. All free gifts, in original packing as delivered and unused condition, must be returned alongside the Product. if there should be an occurrence of exchange/return of request of the Product with which the free gift(s) is/are given.
The Customer is required to send his/her bank details along with the returned product to the aforesaid address.
In case the return of product meets the requirements mentioned above, the customer shall get the refund within 10 days from the date the company approves the return.
The Customer will be bound by this Policy and will not hold the Company or the e-commerce site subject for any harm that she/he may bring about because of cancelling or return of the request.
