Rava-Dosa

INGREDIENTS

Rice Flour
0.75cup
All Purpose Flour
0.25cup
Grated Coconut
1tbsp
Jeera
1tsp
Chopped Green Chilli

Coriander

Chopped Onion

Salt as Required

Ghee/Butter

Preparation

Chop the vegetables & add it in a bowl. Keep aside.

Add rava, rice flour, all-purpose flour and water in a big mixing bowl. Mix them well. Keep them aside for almost half an hour.

Then add the chopped onions, green chillies, cilantro, cumin seeds, coconut pieces and salt. Mix it well.

Take a large non-stick dosa tawa and heat it on a medium flame. Then add some clarified butter on the surface, and wait until it gets hot.

When it gets hot, using a ladle start adding the batter from the above.

When you start seeing the edges getting brown, use a sharp-edged spatula and don't let dosa stick to the pan.

Now, turn the dosa to other side and cook it for 1 minute.

When it is cooked, use a spatula to remove the dosa from dosa tawa and place it in a plate.

Serve this delicious Rava Dosa with coconut chutney, red chutney and sambhar.
