INGREDIENTS

Soaked Rice

Rice
0.5tsp
Sunflower Oil
1tbsp
Grated Coconut
0.5cup
Water

Preparation

To make this easy & delicious recipe, grind rice and coconut to make a paste. Then add 5 cups of water and 1/2 tsp of salt.

Add a ladle full of batter in a heated non-stick pan and spread it around.

Lower the flame and cover pan for 1/2 a minute. Then sprinkle a few drops of oil around the dosa.

When it gets brown and crisp, serves it with sambar or chutney.
