Paneer Lababdar

INGREDIENTS

Paneer Cubes
200g
Cashew
0.25cup
Chopped Onion

Chopped Tomato

Ginger Garlic Paste

Finely Chopped Green chilli

Turmeric Powder

Coriander Powder

Cumin Powder

Garam Masala

Kitchen King Masala Powder

Chilli Powder
0.25tsp
Cumin Seeds
0.5tsp
Salt As required
Oil as Required

Preparation

Take Paneer cubes and soaks them in a bowl of warm water.

This will help the paneer cubes soft.

Add and heat 1-2 tsp oil in kadai. Then add chopped onion and stir-fry them for 2-4 min.

Wash out the tomatoes and peel the skin.

Mash the onion and tomato together. Then make a paste.

Soak cashew in warm water for 15 mins to make cashew paste. Grind it to smooth paste with little milk or water. Keep all this aside.

Heat 2-3 tsp oil & add cumin seed in kadai/pan. When they start to splatter, add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilli. Cook them for a while. After that, add the onion-tomato paste, salt and all dry masala powder and cook it for 4-5 mins & wait till oil starts separating.

Then add the cashew paste in kadai/pan, mix it well and let them cook for a couple of mins. Then add some water.

Add the paneer cubes to the gravy and boil gently for 2-3 mins. To enhance the taste, add butter in it.

Serve & enjoy this delicious dish with naan/paratha/rice/pulao.
