Palak Paneer

INGREDIENTS

Spinach
500g
Paneer Cubes

Finely Chopped Garlic

Onion Paste

Tomato
0.5cup
Salt

Garam Masala Powder

Red Pepper

Coriander Powder

Cream

Preparation

Take pressure cooker then boil spinach in it and grind it to make palak puree.

Take a pan & heat oil then fry paneer cubes in it until golden brown.

Remove the paneer cubes and put cumin. When it splutters, add bay leaf.

When it starts to splutter then add ginger, garlic and onion paste.

Add salt, garam masala, coriander powder along with red pepper. Stir them until all is well mixed.

Now, add tomato puree and stir-fry on a medium flame.

Add spinach and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Now add paneer cubes & mix it with the palak gravy.

Garnish some cream over, mix well and serve hot!
