Mix Vegetable

INGREDIENTS

Carrot

Mustard Seeds

Cabbage

Refined Oil

Soya Sauce

Ginger

Tomato

Vinegar

Preparation

First of all soak the vegetables in lukewarm water with a pinch of salt for an hour.

Then, cut onion, tomatoes, green chillies, and ginger very. Rinse and grate rest of the vegetables.

Take a pan & heat the oil in a pan. Add some mustard seeds, When the mustard splutters then add carrots, potatoes, cauliflower and cabbage along with salt and pepper.

Let all the mixture cook for about 10 minutes. Mix the ingredients in the pan well on a low flame.

At last, add soya sauce and vinegar. Garnish it with sliced tomatoes, chopped green chilies and coriander. Then add some fresh cream.
