Methi Ki Sabzi

INGREDIENTS

Bunches of Fenugreek Leaves

Finely Chopped Onion

Red Chilli Powder
0.5tsp
Turmeric Powder
0.25tsp
Finely Chopped Tomatoes
3tbsp
Coriander leaves
3tbsp

Preparation

To make this delicious & traditional recipe. Add and heat oil in a non-stick pan.

Add chopped onions and stir-fry them until slight golden color.

Then add fenugreek leaves. Mix it well and stir-fry them for few minutes on low flame.

Let all the oregano leaves gather. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix it well.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & mix them well. Let them cook for 4-5 mins.

Add chopped coriander leaves, mix it well. Let the fenugreek sabzi cook for another 5-10 minutes until fenugreek leaves get soft.

Switch off the flame & serve this traditional dish with roti.
