Take onions, garlic and ginger & blend them to a paste.
Heat oil. Add the cumin seeds & bay leaves.
Add onion paste and stir-fry till brown.
Then add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red pepper and the coriander powder. Stir-fry them.
Add the peas, paneer and the green chillies. Stir-fry over high heat.
Then add two cups water, let them bring to a boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
