Malai Kofta

Preparation

Making this malai kofta recipe, cook tomatoes, cashew nuts, melon seeds, khas khas, ginger, green cardamoms, red chilli powder, salt and 1 tbsp oil.

Only 1 whistle is required to cook. Once this is done, Let the mixture cool and grind it in a blender. After this, add yogurt and mix.

Then take a bowl and mash the paneer. Add green cardamom powder, salt, flour and mix well.

Furthermore, little thickness is required. After that from the mixture, shape them into koftas.

Take a pan & add some oil to it. If you want a delicious recipe, replace regular oil with pure ghee. Let it sufficiently hot, be careful when you add koftas in hot oil and let them deep fry till koftas change golden color.

Then strain all the mixture. Transfer all the mixture in the pan. Heat the mixture at high flame and let the mixture to a boil. Add required garam masala with the cream.

Then, add the deep fried koftas in a serving bowl. Before serving, garnish it with some more cream. At last, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or chapati.
