INGREDIENTS

Small Round Brinjals
0.5kg
Oregano
1tsp
Asafoetida
0.25tsp
Ginger Paste
2tsp
Gram Flour- Roasted Till Slightly Discoloured
1tbsp
Salt as Required
Turmeric Powder
0.5tsp
Coriander Powder
1tbsp
Chilli Powder
1tsp
Fennel Seeds-Roasted And Pounded Coarsely
1tsp
Fenugreek Seeds- Roasted and Pounded Coarsely
0.5tsp
Tamarind
20g
Mustard Oil
0.5cup
Ginger- Finely Sliced to Garnish

Preparation

Wash and clean the brinjals well and cut lengthwise from the base towards the stalk.

Then make another slit dividing each into quarters for making space.

Mix together all the filling ingredients. Put the masala firmly into the brinjals.

Take a pan & heat oil.

Then add the brinjals and turn around a few times on high heat.

After that, reduce heat. Cover and cook.

Serve hot!
